- maximum 3-color design
- must be an Irish theme
- no clipart or AI-generated artwork allowed
- must include entrant's name, address, and phone number on the back of the drawing or in the accompanying email
- must not include any words or references to alcohol, tobacco, or political items
- Original artwork will remain the property of the St. Patrick's Day Parade Organization of Surfside Beach, a 501(C)(4) entity.
